Become a Drone Partner through the SDT Partner Program
Do you want to develop your business within drone technology and take the next step towards professional assignments? Through our partner program, you get the opportunity to become a drone partner and work with support from Stockholm Drone Teknik AB’s structure, processes and network.
The program is aimed at driven drone pilots and companies that want to build a serious and long-term business within professional drone services.
What Is the SDT Partner Program?
The SDT Partner Program has been created to build a professional network of drone pilots and companies in different locations across Sweden.
As a partner, you get the opportunity to become a drone partner and develop your business locally while working with support from Stockholm Drone Teknik AB’s working methods, quality assurance and structure for professional drone assignments.
The goal is to create long-term cooperation where competence, local presence and access to the right equipment can be combined to meet customer needs in an efficient and professional way.
Who Is the Program For?
The partner program is suitable for those who want to become a drone partner and build or develop a business within professional drone services.
It may be relevant for you if you:
- already work with drones and want to take the next step
- want to start offering professional drone services in your region
- run a business within construction, surveying, photography, film or technical documentation
- want to develop your competence and work in a more structured way
- are looking for a serious network with opportunities for cooperation and knowledge exchange
Previous experience is an advantage, but each application is assessed individually based on competence, equipment, ambition and local conditions.
What Do You Get as a Drone Partner?
Professional Structure
You get access to a clear working method for planning, carrying out, documenting and delivering drone assignments.
Support During Assignments
Depending on the scope of the project, you may receive support with workflows, technical questions, risk assessment and operational planning.
Opportunity for Professional Assignments
As part of the network, you may get the opportunity to participate in assignments within your region when a need arises. Assignments are allocated based on competence, availability, equipment and project requirements.
Cooperation and Competence Development
The partner program offers opportunities for experience exchange, development and cooperation within several areas of professional drone technology.
Access to Advanced Equipment When Needed
For certain assignments, there may be an opportunity to use or rent equipment through the SDT network, depending on project needs and availability.
Examples of Assignments
When you become a drone partner, you can work with different types of professional drone services, for example:
- inspection of roofs, façades and technical environments
- photography, film and documentation
- mapping and photogrammetry
- orthophotos and 3D modelling
- point clouds and volume calculations
- technical data collection
- LiDAR and advanced measurement data for specific projects
Which assignments are relevant depends on your competence, equipment and the needs of the region.
A Consistent and Professional Delivery
To ensure quality and a consistent way of working, SDT uses a shared structure for project deliveries.
As a partner, you upload project material according to the routines that apply to the assignment. The delivery to the customer may include, for example:
- reports
- photographs
- orthophotos
- GeoTIFF
- point clouds in LAS or LAZ format
- 3D models
- other technical documentation
This gives the customer a clear, professional and well-organised delivery regardless of where in Sweden the assignment is carried out.
